Items are usually shipped 3-5 days of order receipt,
with the exception of large orders and special
request orders, customer will be notified via email
when order is to be shipped.

We use FedEx to ship our Glassware.

Sales Tax is charged to Illinois orders.



For returns of damaged items we must be notified
within 30 Days of the original order ship date.  
The broken item(s) are to be returned to us,
with a request of either replacement or refund.
